A successful training “ MemorInmotion towards peace activism” for 21 teachers and high school students from different municipalities form BiH as Jajce, Bugojno and Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje was held on March 9, 2019 in Jajce. The one day training based on the peadgogical and didactical Tool “MemorInmotion” produced by forumZFD has educated on critical thninking, multi perspectivity for constructive dealing with the past and memorialisation in order to contribute to capacity building for social engagement in local communities.
According to the feedback by the participants summarized from the evaluation forms, the training was appreciated as very useful when it comes to raise awareness on the importance of tolerance and recognition of others' opinion. The participants especially underlined how much the training has revealed the importance of peace activism and reconciliation in the local communities.
The training realized by forumZFD in BiH, was organized in cooperation with the Partners Nansen Dialogue Center Sarajevo (NDC) and the Youth Center Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, in the frame of the Regional Project by forumZFD “ Youth Peace activism against interethnic prejudices in fragmented societies.
