Am 1. Juni ist es wieder soweit: Beim 7. Berliner Friedenslauf starten Schülerinnen und Schüler und sammeln Spenden für den Frieden. Die Anmeldung ist noch möglich.
Deutschlandradio Wissen hat einen Beitrag zum forumZFD und insbesondere zu unserem Projekt in Jericho gesendet. Die Sendung kann als Stream online gehört werden.
An der weltweiten Kritik an hohen Militärausgaben am Dienstag beteiligt sich auch das Forum Ziviler Friedensdienst und bekräftigt die Forderung der Kampagne "20 Millionen mehr vom Militär!".
Am 17. April ist der Globale Aktionstag gegen Militärausgaben. An diesem Tag werden Menschen in der ganzen Welt die exorbitanten Ausgaben für Rüstung und Kriegsführung anklagen. Ein perfekter Anlass also, um mit Ihrer Unterstützung auf unsere Forderung 20 Millionen mehr vom Militär! aufmerksam zu machen.
The Academy for Conflict Transformation offers four qualification courses in 2010. All courses conclude with a certificate as a Peace and Conflict Consultant. In addition the Academy offers a wide range of Trainings for Peace.
We are present on the southern island Mindanao, known for several violent conflicts. Since 2008 forumZFD is working in the region supporting local organisations and trying to get international attention for the forgotten conflicts in Mindanao.
The countries of Former Yugoslavia were affected by severeal wars in the 1990'ies. This bloody past is still present in the societies and reflected in politics. Our projects in the region contribute to build a a peaceful future.
Since 2000 we are present in the Middle East working with all parties in the conflict. Currently we have five civil peace service projects in the region.
